Movement & Performance Gym (M&P) is a community of high level athletes, coaches, stunt performers, and fight coordinators dedicated to sharing their expertise in martial arts and movement. Their mission is to help on-camera talent elevate their skills as proficient physical performers/film fighters. The classes include: boxing, taekwondo, muay thai, brazilian jiujitsu, wrestling, break falls, fight choreography, swords, filipino martial arts, wushu, and various workshops such as wire work and tactical training. Cold Water and Breath Hold for Stunt Performers - Feb 12 & 15 The cold water/breath hold course includes classroom portion and pool work. Participants are introduced to the risks & challenges of working in cold water (theory only!!!) how to enter cold water to mitigate risk, tolerance to cold water, and how to recover safely. Additionally, you will be introduced to breath hold, how to develop water comfort, the specific risks for diving on a breath hold (freediving), and safety requirements for freediving. This course is adapted for stunt performers and the specific challenges you face. Course
