MARCH 31 - Members who wish to modify their March 1 Benefit level coverage by choosing one of the available option(s) indicated on their insurance statement must provide the necessary confirmation to AFBS no later than midnight (ET) March 31. In many instances the option choice allows the Member to retain the previous year's higher Benefit Level.

Individual extensions to this deadline are not possible.
