For those of you who need a great physio, our guest speaker was Dean Kotopski of Performax Health Group. If you missed the presentation, please go their website and watch a few videos and check them out.
Performax will work with us on WSBC claims and give us the treatment we need, in a way that makes sense, and will fix us faster.

A reminder for anyone travelling this holiday season to check in with your plan's Travel Insurance (AFBS or MBT).
* There are time restrictions (60 or 90 days), and exclusions in the plans that you need to know before you go racing, scuba diving, bungy jumping, climbing and doing the
Club Med circus all-inclusive !!! You may need extra insurance for some such activities.
* Also a reminder that if you are over .08% alcohol that insurance may not cover you !
