Please be advised that Midway Island (Canada) Productions Inc., the producer of the feature film Midway, has now executed valid Voluntary Recognition and Security Agreements in accordance with the Independent Production Agreement. The production has thereby become a signatory to the IPA and has provided the required financial assurances (bond) that satisfies the Union.
As such, ACTRA members are now allowed to accept work on the aforementioned production.
The similar Do Not Work Notice issued by SAG-AFTRA has also been lifted.
